Please, save your time and never buy with Lasource. Worst company i deal with in my entire life.I try to order a tv 3200$ 85 inch 2 months ago. First time , online with my credit card.Decline. Second time , paypal.Decline Third time i went in store from vaughan to oakville (due to covid york mall close) for ID verification with all my info , they cant accept cash, (please notes at that time i have more than 6000$ old on my card because take them about 2 weeks to make a refund) they make me buy gift card 1900$ and did the transaction from their computer.Decline wont ship to me due to my billing adress but i did show all my id and billing in person. Then they dont want to refund the gift card I have to go back there, so they remake transaction. Have to wait 5 days in order to make the new one. Now after 4 times, i have to pick up the tv in person in Vaughan . Wait 45 min outside to come inside the mall. Rent a trucks with my friend. I arrive there, big box 85 inch tv , i ask for help to put in trunk. No due to covid you have to take care of the order by yourself. Im a girl 5feet3 and have to deal with that. They dont give a fuck they will let you deal with that. I said refund me my order im leaving and done with your store. Then Came, the manager ... M. Atosh. Worst manager i see in my life. Dont want to work and help the customer at all. They wanted to refund me a balance of 1900$ on gift card that i paid cash. After all this, who want to buy a product there? The manager dont even want to call to the store or head office he told me to go back in Oakville to deal with this. At that moment, it was done to laugh about me and losing all this time for free! THE MANAGER call the security of the mall and didnt care at all.The store dont even offer me a discount with all those matters. I have to call the head office , wait 3o min and finally get a debit refund. That location are lazy and will provide you the worst customer service. Went back home after all this wait since 2 months with no tv :) What a horrible experience!
