I purchased a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses online in full, and was expected to have them in the stores within 4 days. I was then notified by phone that the item was ready for pickup, but then 3 days after received an email saying that the item had been returned to the U.S. already. I did not receive any notifications prior to this or any consent about the return of the item, and when I called in to ask about this the agent I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive.
