This place is a huge scam. I took my iPhone in to replace the battery. The battery they replaced it with turned out to be a non-genuine Apple part, which held a charge even worse than my original battery. When I returned to U2 Tech to complain, they swapped the battery again, and guaranteed that the new one was a genuine Apple battery. However, after taking a look, the battery looked old and worn, and still does not hold a charge the way a new battery does. I also overheard the store employees speaking in mandarin of how they would take genuine Apple batteries from new iPhones, and swap them out with non-genuine parts, so they could re-sell the Apple batteries. The store owner is refusing to refund my money back, so I can take my phone to a REAL Apple store and have them do a proper job. Stay away from this place. DO NOT buy anything from this place, or take your electronics there to be repaired. You have no way of knowing if they are stealing parts from your phone to re-sell, or using sub-standard parts to repair your electronics. In fact, I will no longer patronage any asian-owned and operated store to service my electronics.
