Did not get royalty treatment after spending $$$. Had a Terrible experience and horrible customer service ever had after purchasing a prom dress over $600. We picked up the dress after waiting about 2 months to arrive and we had to call to see when will it come in for alterations. Diane has lied that she left a message earlier and because of that reason she told us when we arrived that she can No Longer Alter a young ladies prom dress in time, WTF???that she is backed up. How is that our problem? Diane tried to blame it on us that we are the cause since we didnt pick up the phone! REALLY???Diane has done absolutely nothing to resolve this problem respectfully and didnt care that we left very angry. You lost our business for good. IF anyone wishes to ask us any questions about our experience please do not hesitate to pm. Do NOT GO!!!

Staff were friendly. Dresses are beautiful. Great price point.
