  I love this store. Good quality clothes and not expensive. I was devastated when the one in Vaughan Mills closed.

  It was great for shopping Men-Women clothing. I dont prefer online shopping, I used to shop alot from Heartland. Gr8 shop.

  Excellent product line, displayed in a clean well laid out store. The entire staff here is exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful!!!

  Terrible customer service from Van Huesen at Heartland Town Centre store. They say they are open until 7pm on weekdays and until 6pm on weekends. But if you go to their store 30 mins before closing they will not allow to come inside, citing weird reasons like they have to sanitize the store so they cannot allow customers as early as 30 mins before closing time. But my question us why don't you mention it in the timings printed on the front door of your store?? How are customers supposed to know about your irregular store hours! I have been harassed by these people twice, once on a weekday and yesterday which was a weekend. They argued with me for good 20 minutes as to why they cant let me in for return, but they wont take my returns which is probably not more than a 5 min job! The store supervisor Yasmin went on to say that "their machines stop working after 6pm".. thats the funniest lie I have heard! I am very disappointed with such low level of customer service from these guys. I literally begged them to help me today, as the nearest store is atleast 20km from my home. But all 3 guys at the store argued with me why they cant let me in instead of helping me for 5 minutes. You just lost a customer today!
