Visited the heartland outlet earlier and was the only person waiting to pay for my items. The cashier ignored me and ask a white family that was still browsing if they are in the line to which they responded No. I told the cashier I’ve been waiting in the line and her response was, I didn’t know. I felt so disrespected that I placed the items on the counter and left the store. Self control made me shopped at another store that appreciated my business. Sales Rep need to be educated on respecting everyone and store owners should be held accountable for their staff. I was so angry and disappointed. Terrible Client Experience!
