My daughter bought a pair of winter boots on a Monday and 4 days later the tab to pul up the zipper on one boot snapped off. I drove her back to the store at Dixie Value Mall to request a refund or a replacement pair. The owner/clerk would do neither. My daughter doesn’t earn very much money and now she has a useless pair of boots. DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!!!
