  I will not shop at outlet Tommy anymore. Management is dysfunctional. While shipping, asian descent manager named “B” is always rude and sarcastic too her coworkers. She point at them and force them to do stuff. They not look happy. Poor management. No one to treat people bad like that. I don’t feel good in store. I see people not like work with her, they don’t like happy. She need to get fired and store will be happier.

  I have shopped at the Niagara on the lake factory outlet store in Canada several times. Each time, I experienced a disturbing working environment. There is a dark skin women in the men’s department who I’ve witnessed bullying other associates. She bosses them around. She Tells them to stop talking to other associates. Do this, Do that, raising her voice at them, pointing at them and saying “listen to me”, she is talking to them in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. If I sent the labor board into watch her in action, she would be fired. A public company like Tommy Hilfiger shouldn’t allow this behavior! I work for a corporation that has Zero tolerance for bullying and harrasment in the workplace. The part I don’t get is that she never stops behaving in this manner. the managers appear to be close to her so I’m thinking they allow her to act this way. Maybe they are afraid of her?? Something isn’t right? I really feel bad for the employees that are yelled at. No one deserves this. Everyone should work in a safe and pleasant environment.I recognize this as serious. The co- workers are being bullied! I managed to find out her name. I asked her as I needed to know so I could report her. She said to me “call me B” Please take action. someone in corporate needs to look into this as I think the store managers are not doing anything about it. Thank you
