I like their clothing and the layout of the stores. However, very poor customer service. I was specifically looking for 2 different items. The same sales lady passed me at least 5 times...never once looked at me or asked if I needed help. My friend and I tried on clothes. I am sure no one knew we were in the change room. Would have appreciated it if a clerk had offered to look for other sizes. too bad it is a nice store. There certainly was sufficient staff, but they were all the same...no assistance...
