I will say they are very friendly, especially the man. I took my ring in there to get sized up but in all honesty, the ring still feels like the same size. I got my son to out it on before we went there, I picked it up the next day and it still felt tight, I asked my son to check amd he said it feels the same. It cost us $112 to resize the ring. My husband was hesitant to leave my ring there, he should have told me before leaving, not after. The ring was nice and shiny when picked up but still so tight
