I was at the Coco shoes store at Bramalea city center, Brampton on Monday ,2 December,2019 at 2.00 P.M . The store representative was extremely rude when I was checking out the shoes at the store. I did see the shoes in hand and was checking how comfortable it would be. When the representative said don't bend the shoes. I was not bending the shoes to an extent that it will damage the shoes. I was gently checking them out. She was extremely rude with how she said that twice. I felt like she was not respecting a genuine customer. I will never will want shop again in the store. If you treating your customer as she treated then you will be out of business soon. I hope feedbacks are taken seriously.
