I am very disappointed in the service that I got from Mountain Warehouse. I was told that I will receive my order in 10-15 days but it has been 20 days since I ordered my jacket and there is no trace of it. Moreover, when I call at the store, no one picks up the call and it goes on voicemail. This is not the kind of customer service I'd expected.
