I went to the macarthurglen outlet store but it looks like the corningware corelle store closed down.. hope they reopen somewhere else in vancouver soon.

My sister bought me 10 pieces of bowls for my son's bday gift the last day of 2019 (December 31st 2020) but since we have so many bowls at home so my son agreed to return the bowls. The receipt states it's 100% guarantee to return at ANYTIME so I think I can return them in no rush due to pandemic as long as they are brand new and in original package. the items was paid in cash. Unfortunately when I went there today (July 19 2020), the store manager was unhappy I returned them. I told him because of the pandemic I did not come until today. Then he asked why I can not return before the pandemic and so on. He was not willing to process and the way he talked to me was very rude and unpleasant. I was asking for the store manager, unfortunately he is the manager. Anyhow, I got the refund but feeling like I was begging for the $$$. I am not happy at all with the store manager and will not shop there at all. Not sure it's a franchise business (maybe the store manager is the owner), otherwise he should be fired as he is not qualified to deal with customers.

Worst and bad experience ever had from a Corningware store at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet. Being insulted by the staff there and what a shame n felt sorry for the long term brand being ruined by a staff's attitude towards customers.
