Poor customer service and very slow delivery of product! I brought my gym bag to Tumi store in Chinook Mall for repair on Jan 1 2019 as part of Tumi warranty. It's been 2 and half months and I have not received my bag. Staff don't update customers about the status of repair. They will only call after you call them for follow up. There are also several reviews from other customers about the poor service and customer assistance.
