Worst Lens provider in Calgary.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Purchased two sets of progressive lenses and frames. One arrived on day 6 after order. The other, a week later has still not shown up. Keep being told it is on route, from where? A third world country, travelling by boat? Day 13 tomorrow. When I ask for a manager I get someone who speaks poor English. They say they will look into the matter and never get back to me. Giving them to Saturday. If my order is not in I will call Visa and stop payment. You'd think I would have learned 2 years ago when similar problems happened. Never will use them again.
