I had a very bad experience today Dec 10th 2016. I need to exchange what I bought Coach bag(I bought it on Dec 8th 2016), I found it missed one jewel after I arrived home, so I came to Chinook Coach store to exchange today at around 18:45pm, After I explained what happened and gave her the receipt, the lady treated me like I am a cheater or what. she had very bad attitude and acted very unprofessionally. First of all, she said she need employee#(my friend works in Coach and used his employee discount to help me), after I phoned my friend and had the employee#, she said she need to phone my friend and she went to the back.but after some minutes,she showed up and I asked whether she phoned, she said she didn't, but instead she checked the policy and told me, if she exchange the bag and both my friend and her will get fired. when she said this to me, she looked very aggreesive and looks she was fighting with me.During the whole conversation, she gave the long face and no smile not at all. I got refused by her when I requested to see the policy and her employee#. because I was not happy with her attitude and she was aggressive and even request my name. I don't think a customer's name is matter with this. at this point, I told her, please don't talk with me any more, please leave me alone. It is simple, I bought a bag and I submitted the receipt and just want to exchange to a nothing wrong purse, why it is so difficult. I understand maybe there is Coach policy, but as a sales person, you can explain it to me nicely, as a customer, I have no way to know your policy apparently. as a customer, I don't deserve this bad service and attitude. I was very unhappy with today's experience. I just want to share with you my bad experience to you and I am very shocked that Coach hire so unprofessional employee. I don't her name, but I requested from other Coach employee, they told me she is Chinook store manager. Frankly to see, she is totally not qualified to be a manager, what a bad example to other employees.
