I recently purchased 3 identical items, different colours. When I got home they all fit differently, even though the exact items. Upon attempting to return them was told no refunds Was told by two girls (not young enough to be women), behind the counter that girls buy things and wear them once to events and bring them back for a refund and that Ardene's next door is doing it too. I asked them if I looked like I was 16 years old, (over 50). I asked them that I should be penalized for this too? The clothes in Fairweather are made from either t-shirt material (cheap), Plastic leather (cheap), or polyester, that when you take off your coat it sticks to your body (cheap). All these girls could do was give me an in store credit. I have only in the past thirty years shopped once before in this store. Poor quality, expensive prices and the staff doesn't care if they give good service as long as they get their pay checks whenever it's payday. I told them I will avoid their store from now on. I also told them that I would write a review, and that I was good at writing reviews. While they stood there smiling like to say, WE GOT YOU!
